Singing and wellbeing

 I have been a singing instructor for people of all ages for 20 years. I have a Diploma of Music-Vocal and a current Victorian Working with Children (WWC) Check. 

I have completed several years of instruction in singing, music theory, pianoforte and have performed in front of a crowd over a thousand times. I also enjoy writing songs, playing guitar and the piano.

  I started Mildura Singing School in February 2004. As well as teaching from my home studio, I have been a singing instructor at St Joseph's College, Trinity Lutheran College, Mildura Christian College and Henderson College. In recent years I have decided to continue my singing instruction outside of the school environment so students don't miss important classes.

Mildura Singing School students have the option of completing music exams 

For many years I helped my students prepare for the Mildura Eisteddfod, AMEB singing examinations and other performances.

Some people like to have singing instruction just for fun, they are not interested in completing exams, entering competitions or singing in public.  

You don't have to perform in public or participate in singing examinations, unless that is something that you want and are ready to do. 

Singing is good for you, no matter whether you sing in public or in private.
